This index system emphasizes on reflecting the small and medium-sized enterprises's developing and creating capabilities, meantime accompanied with some indexes such as the analysis of cash flow and performance of agreements and so on, trys to evaluate the small and medium-sized enterprises' credit state completely and authenticity, and solves the problem of unfairness of financing credit grading encountered by small and medium-sized enterprises.
