On Jiang Zemin's Socialist Political Civilization

Developing socialist democracy and establishing a socialist political civilization are an important goal for socialist modernization drive. Comrade Jiang Zenmin has put forward the important thought of building socialist political civilization on the basis of the concepts of political civilization of Marxism, reviewing our practical experience of building socialist democracy and legal system. It is provided with theory significance and practical significance to deepen our understanding of the laws on socialism with Chinese characteristics, build a well-off society in an all-round way , improve democracy and the legal system.This thesis has studied Comrade Jang Zemin's thought of political civilization, in a deeper way and is divided into three parts.The first section: It is on the analysis of the era background and great significance of putting forward the thought of Jang Zemin's political civilization. Jang Zemin's thought of political civilization ha s developed the civilization concepts of Marxism, deepened our understanding of the laws on socialism with Chinese characteristics and actively answered to the severe challenges to economic globalization.The second section: This part has studied the basic contents of Jiang Zemin's thought of political civilization overall and systematically. That is, prerequisite condition, way-choosing, basic demand, essential promise, core contents and basic strategy.The third section: It is emphasized on the relations between socialist political, material and spiritual civilizations, building socialist political civilization and drawing lessons from mankind's political civilization fruit, building socialist political civilization and political restructuring in the process of building socialist political civilization according to Jiang Zemin's relative statements.
