Road Sub-project Management Research

This paper firstly talks about the present phenomenon of sub-contracting in the market of road-construction. Though sub-contracting is logical and necessary, illogical sub-contracting can often been seen in the market of road-construction. Therefore it is very necessary to reinforce sub-contracting managing. Then the paper introduces its defining, conception, type, guarantee and evidence, relationship among representatives related to a sub-contracting, restriction, rule in FIDIC, and so on. And it introduces several examples about sub-contracting. From those examples a conclusion can be drawn that there are advantages and disadvantages in sub-contracting. But we can make full use of its advantages and avoid its disadvantages in scientific way. Lastly this paper discusses sub-contracting-managing made by representatives related to it. Considering the common idea of sub-contracting, this paper gives proprietor, supervision and contractor advice how to mange sub-contracting. It mainly talks about managing-work of firming. The work includes how to choose sub-contractor, how to manage contracting, quality, gradation, expenditure, material and constructing-technology. In a word, I hope this paper could do well to work of highway engineering sub-contracting-managing.
