Project management contractor (PMC) is a popular management mode in the large-scale project at present.At first, this thesis introduces the concept of the project and project management, compiles several commonly used project management modes; then introduces the concept and characteristic of the PMC management mode in detail. PMC, as the representing of the owner, help owner manage and control the project constructing effectively .During this time, PMC undertakes the main management, And thesis has compared PMC mode with several kinds of other management modes.The thesis analyses the situation of the domestic engineering company finally, propose the domestic engineering company should launch the study and exploration of PMC management mode actively, and has put forward one's own suggestion on this.
