This thesis mainly deals with compensation system of public servant of china.Compensation system of public servant is now playing more and more important role in managing human resource of government and attracting people's concern.In this article , we firstly introduce compensation system of public servant of china briefly and then discuss some deciding factors for compensation system of public servant from the view of human resource management and discuss some hot topics such as "keeping clean with high wages" and "pushing internal demand" as well . Also weakness of compensation system of public servant of china and its original reasons are discussed.Based on former discussion and general principal of compensation management, the thesis then puts forward some suggestions on partly modifying compensation system of public servant of china according to experience acquired by developed countries from view of human resource management. |
