Market Economy Under The Conditions Of Urban Infrastructure Project Investment And Financing

With the reform progress, the socialist marketing system continues to improve; the regulation and planning for urban construction and management are also required to adjust to the new environment. The shortage of construction fund is the new problem for the urban management. It is very urgent to break away from the traditional approaches of capitalization, increase capitalization channels and build diverse capitalization systems. Meanwhile, the investment and capitalization reform should continue, and a breakthrough in urban construction capitalization can be achieved with market economic principle.Based on the urban management theory and the case of capitalization for the 1st phase project of Nanjing Qinghuai River rehabilitation, this paper analyzes urban construction capitalization model and investment system. The goal of this study is to gather more construction fund for governmental urban management, and collect more experiences for continuos urban construction. The analysis method may be useful guidance for practical urban construction capitalization.
