Labor disputes emerge so much and seem to increase recently, which has become one of the hottest issue both in the society and in the theory field in China. In this article the author do some surveys about discussion on corporate social responsibility and labor at home and abroad. First, It discloses so-called "social responsibility" is company's individual management behavior exteriors objective expression through economics of law relative theory and then cutting into the internal relationship. The company will not be willingly to take up so-called "social responsibility" both in theory and in reality. Secondly, the article comes up with the though track and frame about Chinese labor disputes, which is used to explain the reason why the emerge of many labor disputes and the company's unwilling to take up "social responsibility". Thirdly, the article discusses law's effect on labor dispute, which is to explore whether can solve or avoid labor dispute through perfect law. |
