Knowledge-based Enterprises Intellectual Capital Management Studies

Intellectual capital is key for value creating of knowledge enterprises in the environments of knowledge economy. With the characteristics of knowledge enterprises, this thesis analyses the mechanism of knowledge creating of knowledge enterprises. And the management of human capital, structural capital, and customer capital is discussed detailedly. On the basis of some important intellectual capital evaluation models, this thesis analyses the problem of the intellectual capital evaluation of knowledge enterprises. Finally an intellectual capital evaluation model and an index systerm of the knowledge enterprise intellectual capital evaluation are built up.
