Competitive Mechanism For The Use Of Our Government

Competition mechanism is the basic law of the market economy. It has a number of important features, such as custom-oriented, object-oriented, flexibility, excellence- oriented etc. which not only make the sources arranged best, improve its use effectiveness, but also accelerate the man's economy development. It is undoubted that government management is vital to the modern society's exist and development. However, it goes without saying that the present government management is in dilemma. One after another reform did not succeed since a long time ago. Affected by the theory of public management, the author analyses the causes of bureaucracy's defaults and government failure and argues that using competition mechanism is the key to our country government management's dilemma.The article considers that a number of ways for the government management is feasible in using competition mechanism .In the first, in the term of the differences of using competition means, we can call them: privatization , paying institution , contact according to bidding , etc.. Second, according to the competition object differences, we can use it between local governments and between different government sectors. After that, the author analysis the importance of using competition mechanism, pointing out that it can better the government management level, prompt our society's overall advance, and accelerate our modernization. Of course, competition mechanism is only one of the market mechanism, not "omnipotent". It surely has some faults. Therefore, we should treat it carefully in using it. We should take firm actions to overcome them.
