In one hand, the corruptive characteristic of public power and the limitation of human nature made it possible that the local administration that pursue in their own interest abuse the power. in the other hand, In socialist country ,all the power belong to people ,and administrational stuff should be people's servants. Thus it is essential and natural for people to supervise the administration and its official, In the last, the supervisory on administration has great effect on the struggle of anti-corruption in that issue of anti-corruption has been the most serious problems in China. With the political and economical reform, we have construct comprehensive supervisory mechanism that consist of administration supervisory, Party supervisory, legislature supervisory, judicature supervisory, media supervisory and mass supervisory. Though it has achieved great in the struggle of anti-corruption, there are still some faults. The status of the supervisory institutions is not high enough to monitor the supervisory objects. The quality and level of the supervisory missionary need improvement. And the cooperation of supervisory organizations is not harmony enough to bring out strong resultant force, In order to make administration supervisory more effective and efficient, we should develop the democracy in the Party, strengthen the power of commission for inspecting discipline, enforce vertical leading in the administration supervisory sector to improve administration supervisory, quicken the own construction of parliament to further its supervisor function, exert the media supervisory through putting forward news legislation and improve the mechanism of blaming duty, and carry forward the supervisory function of the public opinion, and we should make administration affairs public to the people to give them the authority to know to comment on and to participate in , promote the cooperation of supervisory institutions through sharing in the information and working in coordination, and we should improve the political quality and operation level of the supervisory missionary.
