Research On Kin Corruption Governance

The problem of corruption is a serious social problem at all times and in all countries.The corruption in the country,like a cancer in the body.A cancer cure endanger human life,corruption is not eliminated endanger national survival.Current,China is in a special historical period of economic transition and social transformation,is a golden period of development,but also a prominent period.With the increasing intensity of China's fight against corruption,official corruption involving family members of corruption cases have been revealed.Because of the existence of kinship relations,officials in the private sector as the family ethics and family members of the official private role of administrative ethics in the public domain as a public officer role dislocation existence situation,many officials forget the beginning of the heart,abuse power for kin gains,lead to public power kidnapped by kinship,family interests violation of public interests,kin corruption to continue despite repeated prohibition,has become a kind of typical patterns of corruption,greatly damaged the credibility of the party and the government,serious damage to the country and the people's interests,endanger the national modernization process.In this paper,use the kinship as the breakthrough point to analyze the current serious kin corruption problem.This paper is divided into seven parts:the first part mainly introduces the paper selected topic background and significance of topics,the related research both at home and abroad,and the article studies the content and research methods,the article studies the innovation and deficiency.The second part illustrates the related concepts,defining the relative concepts of corruption research on this article,and to introduce relevant theories,such as,Rent-seeking theory,principal-agent theory,economic man hypothesis theory,public choice theory and so on,which provides the theoretical foundation to the research in the article.In the third part,the main types of relative corruption are divided according to the field of corruption and people involved corruption,and combined with the case analysis,to reveal the logic behind the operation of corruption.The fourth part analyzes the mechanism inducing factors and kin corruption,from the individual level,family ethic level,organization system,social supervision and so on four major areas to reveal the main reasons for the frequent kin corruption.The fifth part is introduced to prevent and control relative corruption wisdom of ancient Chinese and foreign relevant experience and lessons,and obtain beneficial enlightenment.The sixth part puts forward relative countermeasures of corruption prevention and governance:mainly from the officials personal ascension administrative ethics;Family level to build a good family style,enhance the sense of honesty officials relatives.Strengthen the construction of institutional systems to strengthen the supervision and administration of officials,and improve related supporting system construction,perfecting the laws and regulations,strengthen the legal system of execution and accountability;strengthen social supervision level aspects and so on to build the prevention and control of relative corruption governance network,To use moral to control power,with the law to restrict power,use the right to control power,with the people to control power,let the public power return to the "initial",keep the public power more purity.So as to avoid public rights have been kidnapped by affection,provide a good political ecological environment for promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.The seventh part is conclusion,summary the full text.
