By scientific and reasonable study, I get the figure of every undertaker of logistics service and detailed customers' need. After analyzing the problems of logistics in Wuhu and regions around, I especiallyanalyze the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat (SWOT) of the local delivery capability of steels and cars.In the last part of my thesis, because of the fact that steels has taken the largest part of Wuhu port's throughput and forecast is essential for decision-making, I trim the collected data of the Wuhu port's steels throughput during the past more than ten years and forecast the future trend of steels throughput by several methods based on the past ten years' data. Because the marketing is the key to business development and a powerful tool to find new profit sources, I use the theories of delivery and marketing in designing both short-term and long-term plans about the delivery of steels and cars (including spare parts) respectively and give the corresponding possible measures in detail.
