Logistics Quality Assurance System

This essay first study the definition of logistics quality, from the standpoint of the corporations, according to the whole quality theory of service corporations; It expounds the necessity of improving logistics quality by analyzing the present situation in our country; Following, it presents a close analysis of some concerned factors that have effect on the logistics quality, and build the logistics quality index system with the idea of Total Quality Control (TQC), on base of those, it details the structure and operation of logistics quality insurance system; To integrate theory with practice, the last part deals with some motor logistics project.
