Criminal Causation Study

The article deals with the significance of the causal relationship in finding a person guilty or a certain crime and sentencing, for when the effect is directed at person in the criminal actions, the causal relationship is considered vital to determine a person's action and the consequences arising from it. This paper , through retrospection and reflection the theories of the causal relationship in the criminal law of the two legal systems , introduces the four arguments on causal relationship in China. The anther proposes that we should establish the mode of our study according to the second-level causal relationship and other new thinking .In order to profit the judicial practices, we should cultivate a science belief on criminal law.
