| As one of important interllecture porpertys ,the GIs has been attached attention recently. However, it's very nessary for our country,which has been the member of WTO, to strangen Gis's protention. The article introduce basic indentification and three kinds of typic protect mathods of GIs. The countries will adapt a good protection system which suit its economic and law history. By summary the protection system of Gis in different countries, we can set up a law system concerning our country's conditions. |
