On The Corporate Governance Structure

Company is the most important and typical form of organization in modern business. The development of it is of vital importance to the nation's economic development. The structure of company's legal representative is the nucleus of the matter and its ultimate goal is to maximze the interest of the company and to prevent the rights of the shareholders by rational distribution of power and establishment of an effetive supervision and encouragement system. This thesis made a significant exposition of the struture of legal representative's management and gave some examples and clear analysis of different kinds of modes in the world in order to give some reference to our present mode. In addtion, the thesis set forth the research of the present cendition some drawbacks and ways of improvement.
