An Insurable Interest In A Number Of Issues To Study

The author raises five issues related to insurable interests in this paper, which are concept of insurable interest, characters and functions of insurable interest, subject and time validity of insurable interest, categories of insurable interest and influence of insurable interest on validity.The author also raises his own opinions based on other scholars' theories and other countries' legal practices, such as "the subject of insurable interest should be the insured", and "insurable interest should be an economic interest", etc.
