| The thesis mostly aims at the dominating finance state of multi-industry enterprises which were affiliated to the Huabei Oil Administration Bureau during from 1999 to May 2003 , and researches the development state as well as being existed problems by means of financial indexes analysis. Meanwhile with employing SWOT analysis, the author researches and discusses the management stratagem which will be suitable to enterprise development, and put forward the corresponding feasible standpoints and suggestions.This thesis includes large quantities of materials and information and uses the methods of both Certain Quality and Quantity. It attempts to discover the nature of the problems,seek a resolution,and then promote the multi-industry enterprises which were affiliated to the Huabei Oil Administration Bureau to develop smoothly in new situations. |
