| Following the rectification of Chinese industrial structure, most traditional industry found they have to change the old system in order to keep pace with the new economic environment. Both the government and the business units are lack of reform experience, at the same time, they could not find a sound theory to solve the problems. What I have done is to find a right way to ease the difficulties for non-standard machinery industry. As we all know, the machinery industry plays an important role in the developing countries, such as China. Non-standard machinery industry, as the top slice of machinery industry, is the indicator of the manufacturing capacity of one country. So I spent a lot of time on the searching and developing jobs in the non-standard industry. This thesis discusses the actualities of machinery industry and non-standard machinery industry, unites the actual conditions of Hanhang Group Anzhong machinery factory , introduces an analyzing-method named new -experience -curve which is used to analyse their four basic business units and programming or their production's developments.At the same time , it also imports a frame of reference (arts and crafts industry) and makes a positive analysis, meanwhile it also quantitates the key-points during the process of quantitating experience-curve, which makes the method being used widely. During the practice, I found a new study curve for the product of Anzhong machinery factory, and check them with the theory and demonstration. This made it more useful for business unit conformity. We also can make a feasible plan for the factory's development based on this new study curve.With the great instruction of professor Zhang, I found an effective way to solve the problems in the non-standard industry. The samples are from Anzhong machinery factory. Combining the theory with the practice, I improved the study curve for the special industry.
