In short of the interrelated law, the four state-owned asset management corporations face a lot of difficulties in law in the procedure of the purchasing, administration and disposition of the non-performing assets.This article focuses on the obstacles in law during the procedure of the purchasing, administration and disposition of the non-performing assets and tries to analyze the obstacles in different ways to overcome them. Also, this article finds some constructive way to perfect the law system.This article consists of five parts. In the first and second part, this article introduces the basic concept of the non-performing asset and the disposition methods in different countries.In the third part of the article, the article analyzes the legal person status of the state-owned asset management corporation. After the analysis, overruling and analysis, this article comes to a conclusion and confirms the legal status of the state-owned asset management corporation. Then, this article analyzes the legal effectiveness in the transfer of the non-performing asset.The fifth part of this article is the key point of the article. In this part, the article covers the recompose of the debts, the enforcement of the debts, the bankrupt and integer retail. At last, bases on the former analysis, this article suggest some constructive advises in perfecting the related law system.
