In this thesis a state-owned aerospace enterprise is researched. By analysis of information, questionnaires and so on, problems are found in compensation system of this company. Based on the company's realities and related compensation theories, an effort is made to find out a scientific and suitable compensation system for this enterprise which is expected to attract human resources, then encourage them to turn their knowledge, skills and creativity into core competence of the corporation, and eventually realize balance and maximization of benefits for both the enterprise and the staffs.The thesis comprises four main parts as following:Chapter 1: General introduction to company A, including its background as national defense industry and aerospace industry, general situation of the corporation and its existing compensation system. Chapter 2: Investigating the compensation system of company A, including description of the investigation methods and processes, analysis of information and data, and elucidation of problems existed in the compensation system and their causes.Chapter 3: Proposing a constructive scheme for compensation system reform of company A by using relevant theories, more precisely, the idea, the fundamentals, the detailed methods and a scheme to reform. Chapter 4: Summary of this thesis, enumerating problems that might arise while implementing the reform, and finally pointing out deficiencies of this research.
