1990,the classical article —" Core Competence of enterprises " was issued in Harvard Business Review by C.K.Ptahalad and Gary Hamel which had established formally the key position of enterprise's strategic management in theory and practice. Since then there are a lot of scholars and entrepreneurs carry on extensive research on it, and form a great deal of theory and view.Based on brief retrospect to the domestic and international research results about Core Competence theory at first, this thesis put forward one's own research breakthrough point and theory innovation.The article studies the construction of enterprise's Core Competence from the visual angle of loyalty, tell emphatically the impact on enterprise's Core Competence of interaction among investor, the staff, and customer's loyalty. It analyse the loyal of investor, staff, customer impacts on enterprise's Core Competence emphatically, point out the factor influencing the three to be loyal, and the method that the proposition of pertinence train the three to be loyal, thus offered the solution for training the Core Competence based on loyalty in enterprises. On the structure of the chapter, this text divides three parts altogether:First part, it review the current situation of the development of theory of enterprise's Core Competence mainly, summarized the main achievement and direction of the theoretical research, and then put forward one's own theory view on this basis.Second part, this part is a core of this text, carry on the chain analysis of loyalty in terms of investor, staff, customer separately, expound the fact three factor current situation, influence factor of loyalty emphatically, and train loyal method their and go on essential merger to 3 kinds of factors, must appear enterprise eternal final power of development stem from three loyalty to enterprise finally. Enterprise for promote administrator enterprise Core Competence must train investor, staff, customer loyalty to it.The third part, to concentrate on analyse application in synthesis easily and to illustrate briefly above-mentioned basic theories, set out from influencing the loyal factor and globality of Core Competence, we have described with the mathematicslanguage out their basic models.In theory, this article apply the assumption about the human nature of economics, motivational theory that management hits, corporate culture theory, enterprise system theory and company performance of financial administration assess theory, etc to concrete theory building of Core Competence of enterprises, and expound the fact theoretically that enterprises structure the running water and source of enterprise's Core Competence, break through it the theoretical system in the past, thus strengthened the impact on enterprise's Core Competence of the human factor, the idea that people first echoes each other with the era of knowledge-driven economy too, a perfect pair, have developed enterprise's Core Competence theory further.In practice, this article will instruct the concrete practice of the building of enterprise's Core Competence in theory aspect. Today while enterprise's competition displays competition for Core Competence more and more, there are special meanings. The current competition is a competition of the Core Competence, and the manpower capital is a carrier of the Core Competence. Without loyalty of investor, staff and customer, the development of enterprises will become water without a source, and meal without rice. Enterprises are the prosperous and powerful base of the country, play an important role in national economic and social development, China had already joined WTO, Chinese enterprises must train one's own, difficult Core Competence imitated by other enterprises, could gain one's own one position in the international market, make contributions to the country's strong.
