Investments In Securities Of Multinational Banks And A Number Of Legal Research

With the development of liberalization and globalization of international finance, securities market gradually breaks through the boundary of domestic market and becomes more and more international. Banking industry and securities industry are going forward towards integration, financial regulation is being relaxed, high technology is booming up, all these factors impel transnational bank to go beyond its original business scope of commercial bank, and gradually penetrate the field of securities investment. This article is based on the economic and legal backgrounds of securities investment. It begins with market access, information disclosure and legal supervision over transnational securities investment, then focuses on several systems on legal supervision, including the system of Chinese Wall and Fire Wall, market access and international corporation. Finally, the thesis analyses the securities investment of transnational banks in China and China's securities investment overseas, and expresses the authors' views on strengthening supervision on the securities investment of transnational banks in China and promoting overseas investment of China.
