Comparing with abundant practices of financing in the development countries, the real estate securitisation is the main ways of financing used by lots of corporation. Chinese corporations' financing ways are extremely limit ,and most of corporation depend on the loan from banks to keep developing . Depending on the loan is a way of indirect financing which can not satisfy the huge needs of more capital asked for by the corporation radically. So, this paper thinks that Chinese corporation should attempt and probe into diversifying" financing ways, it suggests that Chinese corporation should find more direct financing ways, in particular ways of securitisation , in stead of depending on loans only. As a kind of direct financing way, the real estate securitisation can be applied on stock market, real estate investment trust, enterprise bond . These ways are on an early stage in China , and on the imperfect financial system condition that there arises many problems on the applying pattern and process . This paper discourses the above several financing ways which include analyzing the difficulties in applying and providing the methods of resolution and suggestion , so that financing ways used by Chinese corporation are able to be diversified and the financing channels will be extended.
