Selecting the turnover and management of life insurance agents from the life insurance company, which is a topic of both theoretical and realistic meanings, studying the actual conditions of life insurance agents from a Beijing life insurance company by the questionnaire in the view of HR management, integrating with the related statistics analysis, using the method of theoretical study and case analysis, and choosing the life insurance agents which of the severest turnover activities, this article studied the current turnover state of life insurance agents, the turnover features and their influence to the life insurance companies, analyze various reasons causing the turnover of the life insurance agents, hence to understand the turnover behavior of life insurance agents from the life insurance company and put forward the enterprise employing strategy to establish a elite team at the basis of combining the successful experience of the developed countries such as Britain, America and Japan. Set the professional development targets for the life insurance agents in our country and put forward the concepts of real development and perfection for the life insurance agents in our country by perfecting the organization of life insurance agents and the training and management work to maintain the reasonable turnover rate.At the same time as reviewing the development and change of the life insurance agent system in our country, under the guidance of teachers, based on the topic as well as the new concepts and scientific methods of HR management, discussing the establishment of training system of the talent development, the cultivation of the enterprise culture, and the establishment of the excellent employment environment, to enable the life insurance companies to attract the talents, introduce the talents, retain the talents and use the talents, hence to boost the co-development of the talents and the life insurance companies. Finally, put forward the active realistic meanings of the perfection and development of the life insurance agent system in our country for the well being of our life insurance market and compatibility with the international life insurance market.
