Recent years, food safety has received much attention. Otherwise, in academic circles, there is little actual research on aspects of production, particularly , on the household's producing behavior. And because household is the biggest supplier of agri-productive in the market, that means the quality of the food in the market depends on the quality of agri-productive produced by household. Therefore, it is of great significance to focusing on household's producing behavior. Limited by themselves, it is benefit to improve the quality of agri-product, raising the farmer's income through industry organization.This paper first constructs a theory frame on the basis of reviewing and estimating household's behavior and agriculture intergration. And then utilizes the investigation data to analyze the individual character, cognition level of safety food, expectation of safety food, etc Then, use mathematical model to make further analyzing. First, make use of linear model to analyze household's income. Secondly, use Logical model to summarize the willingness of household to produce safety food and to participate agriculture intergration.The author draws several conclusions as following: ( 1 ) The age of he labor force for agri-production in household is relatively old, andthe years for school are relatively fewer, these two factors constraint the household's ability to accept new technology to produce safe agri-product..(2) The willingness for households to produce safe agri-product is obviously influenced by land scale the expectation for sales and the ability to use new technology. The character, incomes from agriculture also have a certain infection to the households' willingness to produce safe agri-product.(3 )Industry organization promotes sales of agri-product, incomes from agriculture, and it is also benefit for improving the quality level of agri-product. The analysis from the model shows that the level of organization has a positive effect for improving the quality of agri-product. The higher degree of the organization, the higher willingness to produce safe food will be achieved. This can happen because the organization can guide and standardize the activities of the households.(4) The scale of the land in the family and the net income from the agriculture have an obviously positive linear relation, and the rate of self sufficient and the net income from the agriculture have an obviously negative relationship.(5) the level of vertical incorporation and the development of agri-product market have very important effect to the sales of agri-product. The rates of agri-product sold by the households and the net income from the agriculture have an obviously negative relationship.(6) The purpose for the households to produce agri-product is to improve their own interests, the high income expectation from safe agri-product displays that the households like to produce agri-product.(7) According to the estimation from a dual model, the larger of the land the household owns, the household is more likely to produce safe agri-product. The deep reason is that large scale of land is easy to inform scale production to operate the quality. The dual model also shows that the labor forces with high average years for school do not want to pursue agri-production the reason is that the people with well education like to carry out non agri-business.(8) The model of structure analysis shows that, the elder farmer is easy to satisfied with the actuality, and they do not want to accept new knowledge, so the household with elder member always like to produce normal agri-product.Several suggestions about how to improve the quality of agri-product will be arouse d according to the above analysis in this dissertation...
