In the market economy, Merge and Acquisition is a outside-transacted strategy to strengthen the competition, to enlarge the corporations rapidly, as well as important mechanism on economy adjustment and resource re-collocation. So far, it has taken 5 large-scale Merge and Acquisition tides around the world, especially the last one lasts until now.However, for various reasons including macro or minor factors, there is almost no effective results in our national-wide Merge and Acquisition transactions, some of which even becoming huge burden of the Merge and Acquisition companies. It's very valuable to study the synergy of Merge and Acquisition, which can give instruction on our companies in the future Merge and Acquisition transactions, improve the national-wide resource immerging, develop our competition among the global economy.This article starts from the basic theories of Merge and Acquisition and Synergy on Merge and Acquisition, focusing on the famous group-Dalian Commercial Group. The author analyzes the Merge and Acquisition cases happened in this group recently years with comparing method, especially analyzes the financial synergy, brand synergy, Human Resources synergy and corporate culture synergy. Finally, the author concludes how to improve the synergy of Merge and Acquisition, then gives some personal advices to Dalian Group and other domestic companies.
