Synergy Innovation Theory And Empiracal Study In Enterprise

This paper makes interaction of synergy innovation factors and formation of synergy capability as study objects, the process and law of enterprise synergy innovation as research aim, from the practice of seeking market competitive advantages through technological innovation and exploration of some relative theory. This paper sets up a new framework of technological innovation theory, that is, synergy innovation theory and management pattern, which follow up the development trend and face to the enterprises, through the review of innovation theory, Syneraetics and enterprise capability theory, through set up of hypothesis, empirical study, statistics analysis and theory study, through the analysis of influence degree of core factors, technology and market, and supporting factors, strategy, organization, resources and culture etc., through the analysis of concept, essence and characteristic of enterprise synergy innovation, through the demonstration of the process and performance of synergy innovation.
