| Now the international economy is in the period of rapidly changing, especially in technology and industry. The average GDP in China has been over 1000 dollars, so China is in the metaphase of industrialization. With China s entry into WTO, we are facing the economy and globalization. The enterprises, which in pursuit of persistent development, should be sensitive to the circumstance. When it is difficult to make a further development in the primary industry, conversion is often a sensible choice. But industry conversion is often the course full of risks and challenge, and there are many enterprises defeated in the course of conversion, even some famous ones. Study the history of enterprises, we found that there are exactly some enterprises made conversion successfully such as Nokia, HP, Galanz ect. and they all completed the technological capabilities refuge through technological learning.Since "Learning by Doing" is brought forward by Arrow in the sixties of the twentieth century, many scholars developed it in the theory of technological learning source and technological learning mode. But those studies are all in a certain industry, and not definitely applicable to the enterprises which are in the course of conversion. So, in this article some researches are done about technological learning mode of conversion enterprises, and these can not only develop the technology capability theory but also give directions to government and enterprises which in the course of industry conversion.We want to make some innovation on the base of existed theory. Firstly, the information about eighteen conversion enterprises is collected and analyzed. Secondly, under the direction of knowledge management theory and organizational learning theory, five effective technological learning mode are brought forward for conversion enterprises by means of case study and criterion study. At last, the qualification of every mode and factors that influence the mode choice are researched. |
