Because of illness seeing a doctor is not only the need of human health but also the manifestation of progress of human civilization. Human existence, social development and progress of civilization need medical enterprises. When people go to see a doctor, they entrust their health and even their lives to medical staff who is devoted to save the diseased and the wounded. Any medical error will cause patient life pain or even deprive his or her life and human health and life are the most valuable in the world, which is the important reason that the society pays high attention to medical accident. This article emphatically discusses what medical accident is; how to dispose it and how to use laws and regulations to deal with the relations between the hospital and the patient; and how to settle the problems of responsibilities and damages when medical accident happens.This article is divided into three sections.
