China Listed Companies In The Acquisition Of Legal Issues

With the development of social economy, making effective use of resources has become the topic of development for all the countries. Effective use of resources is closely related to reasonable arrangement of them. Takeover is just the process of re-use and reasonable arrangement of resources, on the other hand, as a measure, takeover has been turning into an important tool of who takes outstretched stratagems, developed countries have relatively perfect laws on it, and have formed a set of feasible rules In today's economic globalization and unification world, it is the rage to study relevant laws on takeover. This thesis makes comparative study from such aspects as basic theories of listed company and law and regulation on takeover &anti-takeover. At the same time , aim at the present situation of our country, the author suggest that we should improve our pertinent laws in many ways.
