At the present moment, The management system of the national defence science and technology industry of our country is in a transform stage. the national defence science and technology industry puts forward 16-word policy of "combination of the military product and commercial product, combination of peace time and war time, military product first and maintain military product with commercial product." How to grasp the opportunity and completely eliminate the various abuses of a large state-owned military enterprise, raise efficiency and reduce cost, it shall really become a body of market competition. This a task that the large state-owned military enterprise needs to solve urgently. Chengdu Aircraft Industrial (Group) Corporation (CAC) is a enterprise directly under AVIC1. It is a main base of design, development and batch production of modern interceptors. In order to open up collecting fund channel, improve the capital structure, collect the fund with the low cost, promote a construction of modern enterprise system, change the management system, implement development strategy of "fuselage and two wings and adjust the industry structure of product. In order to carry out a strategic policy of the national combination of military product and commercial product, promote production capability of product for military and commerce and enhancement of technical creation capability of industry, strength development power and extension capability. CAC reforms the partial assets and establishes Sichuan Chengfei Integration technology corp.Ltd(CITC)and issued A share on the market. CITC is a main participant of separation and reformation of CAC. It studies the separation and reformation and issuance of share A on the market of CAC and summarizes a focal point and a difficult point, solution and thinking in innovating and reforming work. Meanwhile, it raises a thinking and method on the further innovating place and pays the foundation for next innovation of CAC and provides a benefit utilization for separation and innovation of other large state-owned military enterprise. The thesis is divided into four parts: The first part(including chapter 1and 2) briefly introduces CAC and analyzes the essentiality and feasibility of separation and innovation of CAC. The second part (chapter 3)analyzes the content and mode of separation and innovation of CAC. The third part (chapter 4) analyzes the focal point and difficult point of separation and innovation and raises the tactics and suggestion. It analyzes a weigh of competition in same business and inter-related trade and a selection of stock ownership setting plan and the content of management and operation of CAC in three aspects. The fourth part (chapter 5) analyzes the existing main points of CAC in separation and innovation. Currently, more studies have been made on separation and innovation of the domestic state-owned enterprise and the commercial business under military enterprise. Less studies have been made on separation and innovation of military products under the military enterprise. national defence science and technology industry puts forward "establishing a new system of national defence science and technology industry with 'small core, big coordination' and "promoting a requirement of specialized production and socialized coordination". It provides a feasibility for separation and innovation of the large military enterprise. It conscientiously studies on separation and innovation of a large state-owned military enterprise and it has a realistic meaning in promoting the innovation of the national defence science and technologyindustry system. Along with progression of administration system innovation of the national defence science and technology industry, it is believed that more studies shall be made on this in future.
