View Of Scientific Development, People-oriented Concept

The concept of scientific development putted forward by the new generation of leader group means to insist the idea of human-oriented. The human-oriented has been to a hot researching topic for the current theoretical researchers. In the article, the human-oriented is attempted to be explained from the angle of historical materialism and then to explore the idea of human-oriented from the angle of the concept of scientific development. The aim of the article is to unveil the deviation of the error cognition about it so as to make people grasp the content of scientific development and then better solve the problem about human which is referred during the process of social development. There are main four parts in this article:In the first part, the traditional concept of development and its problem from historical angle are analyzed, through which the historic and realistic necessity of the concept is revealed. The Following is the contents and requirements of all-round ,concordant, sustainable development. Meanwhile, it is emphasized that the idea of human-oriented is the key content of the idea of scientific development.In the last part, it is a description about the project of structuring harmonious society of socialism. In order to make the project be a reality, human-oriented must be required. To come true the basic way of social all-round, concordant, sustainable development.
