This paper is on the protection mechanism of the dispositive power of clients incivil procedure. Combining the present condition including our country lawmaking andpractice, exerting the comparing method, I ran down the history origin ,analyzed theconcept and the importance, the theoretic foundations, clients and contents of thedispositive power of clients in civil procedure, and expatiated the relationsh between thedispositive power of clients in civil procedure party and court jurisdiction. On thisfoundation, I put forward some reform suggestion to the dispositive power of clients incivil procedure in our country . Besides the preface and the conclusion, the paper is divided into four chapters. Chapter 1 is on the outline of the dispositive power of clients in civil procedure. In this chapter,I ran down the history origin, analyzed the concept and theimportance, the theoretic foundations, clients and contents of the dispositive power ofclients in civil procedure and expatiated the relationship between the dispositive powerof clients in civil procedure party and court jurisdiction. Chapter 2 is on the expatiation of the relationship between the dispositive power ofclients in civil procedure and the court jurisdiction . In this chapter, I combined the contemporaneous lawmaking example, combed therelation between the dispositive power of clients in civil procedure and the courtjurisdiction, ran down the history origin and the development of the relationshipbetween the dispositive power of clients in civil procedure and the court jurisdiction. Onthis foundation, I analyzed our country civil case in court, and put forward theestablishment -- to circulate the dispositive power of clients in civil procedure and thecourt jurisdiction with each other, moderate mutually but again each other interactivecheck and supervision mechanism of check and supervision, the progress of thecommon push civil case in court.
