There exists many problems in the actuality of the present forensic science system in our country. The forensic science area, one hand, is lack of unitary legislative specifications, and professional standard; one the other hand, the agency of the forensic science is in disorder. The qualification of the forensic science personnel, is not firmly believed with different levels. It leads to the lack of the definitive of the conclusion of the forensic science in the status of the evidence. The letter from the court exists something desultory. Therefore, it is urgent not only in ancient and present times, but both from China and broad and to reform and develop the forensic science system.
