| With the rapid development of network,the social economy and people’s livelihood have been promoted.China has become a powerful country in network construction and use in the world.In view of the characteristics of high efficiency,interconnection,low cost and no direct contact between network participants,traditional crimes such as fraud,theft,gambling,drug trafficking and so on,in order to reduce the cost of crime,improve the income of crime and evade the investigation of public security bureau,specific criminal acts are gradually implemented by means of network instead of face-to-face direct contact.Compared with the traditional crime,crime networking has the characteristics of "Five C",namely,“Cryptic”,“Connected”,“Complicated”,“Contactless” and “Cross-regional”,which causes great social harm.Network crime largely replaces traditional crime.In case investigation,it mostly relies on network investigation,technical investigation and other investigational methods to obtain clues and evidence.The physical space of the using of traditional forensic science is missing.The new investigational methods represented by video investigation are far more efficient than traditional forensic science in obtaining clues of traditional cases,and the traditional forensic science is in decline.In addition to the influence of the changes in the form of objective cases and the renewal of investigation methods,the deep-rooted thinking inertia of the efficiency of traditional forensic science,its own attributes,the emphasis on clues over evidence in case investigation,the blind pursuit of network digital form and the excessive scope of responsibility are the fundamental reasons for the difficulties faced by the application of traditional forensic science in the current context of case investigation.In order to prove that traditional forensic science still plays an important role in the current context,and to explore the innovation and development of traditional forensic science in the context of crime networking,on the premise of adhering to "one main line",that is,traditional forensic science provides evidence for cases,this paper explores the "three branches" of traditional forensic science,that is,expanding the practical application scenarios and enriching the types of evidence extraction,give full play to the advantages of technical foundation to innovate the application path of investigation,integrate relevant technical means and improve the efficiency of clue evidence. |
