The protection to private property is the essence of the American Constitution. The limited power is the essence and attribute of government system that the American Constitution confirms .The lawmaking style of the American higher law is restricting the use of power which restricts the private property .The constitutionalism practice of American higher law is the judicial to whether restricting the use of government power which restricts the private property has been come to reality.The combination of the former two cases embodies private property view of the American Constitution ,which is that the protection to the weak private rights of ones who own possessions against the use of government power .Since it is established ,the private property view of the American Constitution guides the dynamic protection to private property from the American Constitution at all times. |
