The Value Of The Judicial System Reform Objectives And Its Implementation

The reform of justice system, which is of great value nowadays, is the focal point of the judicial reform. This thesis analyzes Chinese reform of justice system based on the value objective of the justice system and its achievement. Firstly, the thesis starts from the analyses on the concepts of the judicial impartiality and efficiency and the relationship between them and further points that the judicial impartiality and efficiency is the value objective of Chinese reform of justice system. Secondly, the thesis, basing on the social background of the current reform of justice system makes further commentary analyses on the shortcomings existing in the judicial impartiality and efficiency of our judge system. Finally, this thesis, directed by the value, makes an inquiry into Chinese reform of justice system from judge's selection, judge's educational training, judge's administration system and systems of the judicial secrecy.
