| Law belongs to system civilization, which sign human culture progresses. China and France win very high praise in human civilization history because of their long history and abundant law culture. However these two nations show different tendency in litigation intention because distinct history culture background, namely no-law-suits in Chinese traditional law culture and pursue the justice in French. This thesis expatiates difference in Chinese & French law culture attribute and law suits main performance, studies the reasons which cause the difference from two nations different law origin, moral concept, race personality and social background. |
