When the Chinese capital market is in the key stage of developing, corporate governance structure and financing structure are becoming the important contents of the modern company, for a company they are the necessary condition of strengthening competitiveness and raising the management performance. So, corporate governance structure and financing structure are becoming the focus of the present corporate theories and the actual researches.Corporate governance structure and financing structure are two important problems for the business enterprise theories. They all have the remarkable influence of the outstanding achievement of the company.
