Theory Of China's Administrative Licensing Law And Practice

China's administrative licensing is passed as an important procedure law to regulate administrative action on 8 27,2003.It is applied on 7 1,2004.As a administrative means for government's control before something happens, administrative licensing has a very important sense not only reality but also for history. It can also ensure and supervise administration's effective administration.This thesis studies broad sense's administrative licensing theories of many countries in the first part. In the second part, it submits the present situation before and after the administrative licensing's promulgation. In the third part, the author analyses the problems existing in the theory and in the practice of our administrative licensing. In the last part, it try to extracts of our administrative licensing. In the last part, it try to extracts investigative appropriate perfecting measures. I hope it can raise some thinking to push on the proceeding of our administrative rule of law.
