But one can not neglect that the theory of civil execution power is relatively weak. The chief problem to be solved in theory is the property, content, allocation and value orientation of civil execution power. On the basis of this, we will establish the trend of the execution reform, and build up the scientific theoretical system of civil execution power which is compatible to China's actual conditions. That will provide theoretical basis for the practice of execution reform and execution legislation.
