Economic Law Motivation

The thesis gave a full account and illustration of the history and its present situation of the economic law, while providing the economic law emergence causes with an overall analysis and comprehension aiming to analyze objectively and deeply its most important legal principles as a branch law. The thesis explored and concluded the rules and models of the emergence and development of the economic law. It gave an analysis into the causes and mechanism of the economic law's forming, and concluded and developed both internal and external features which influenced the process of its emergence.
