The investor relationship and the investor relationship management are going with the capital market's forming and developing gradually. The investor relationship management is a new problem in corporate governance .It is a mechanism which can promote the value of the listed company on the base of the valid information communication. In recent years, the investor relationship management has been paid much attention to by the Chinese listed company. But, our practice is focused on the simple simulation. How to make the Chinese listed company pay much attention to practice the good investor relationship management, and recover the investor's confidence, still a research lesson to solving.This paper select the strategy and information communication to illuminate the importance and the development of the investor relationship management , and try to analyze the contact of the exterior environment and the investor relationship management .
