At present, the assisted reproductive technology is mainly used to treat the patients on procreation, which is the assisted technology of bearing. This technology is not just the medicine question, moreover affects human bearing model, social marriage family ,social ethics and morals, religion, laws and so on, especially impacts the parentage of the child in traditional civil law, which is not be applicable for the children's parentage under the assisted reproduction. Various countries made correlation laws to regulate the children's parentage under the assisted reproduction. Our country although has promulgated a series of administrative regulations to regulate the assisted reproductive technologies, which did not stipulate the children's parentage. So it is necessary to do further study.The thesis includes three parts, including introduction, text and conclusion.In the introduction, the thesis accounts for the background and purpose of writing briefly.This text is divided into three parts. The first part introduces the correlation technology concept, the type of assisted reproduction. At present already applied and studying technologies include artificial insemination, in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer, man-made womb and the clone. The artificial reproductive technology has broken the natural unification of birth and heredity, and also broken the Trinity model of natural, the marital family and the birth. The artificial reproductive technology impacted the parentage of the child in traditional civil law which is can not resolve the problem under the assisted reproductive technologies.The second part is the comparison and reconsidering the regulation on children's parentage of the assisted reproduction of various countries. The traditional rules can not be applicable under assisted reproductive technologies, so countries make laws and regulations. Though various countries all protect the interest of child, regulations are different. Author attempts to find a reasonable rule through the comparison and reconsidering the laws of various countries.The third part is the author's of the children's parentage under the assisted reproductive.
