Transcendent Justice, Historical Reflection And Realistic Thinking

Transcendent justice is a very important problem in the history of human being. In western countries ,it has different forms in different ages ,but it lead to human rights, the power restriction mechanism and constitution. There was ever dimensionality of transcendent in the ancient time of china, but this evaluation standard of social justice had changed in Qin and Han Dynasty and replaced by the power justice after its evolution during Xia , Shang , and Xi Zhou Dynasty .the destine of transcendent justice establish the basic tone of Chinese development, the lack of transcendent dimentionality of justice evaluation standard ,the power of king or monarch take the place of true justice. and produced big effect to the later generations.On the basis of direction and composition syllabus , I write this article in the direction of Marxism ,by reading ,consulting ,comparing analysis ,uniting the history and logic ,integrating important literature. This article is divided into four parts: the first part: points out the relationship of the development of society and transcendent justice, on the basis of analyzing the conception of transcendent justice. The second part: reviews the western transcendent justice history and the profundity influence ; The third part: analyzes the process"transcendent justice"replaced by"power", and the bed effect . The fourth part:on the basis of comparing ,shows the right way to rebuild a justicial society……from sanctify sacred to sanctify value .In this article, we try to find a new point of view to the fact that why china dropped behind from advance to backwardness. we can find our misunderstanding to religious ,find out the good effect of it ,and then ,prove up the godship puzzle in Chinese traditional culture .In the same time ,it can provide a effective culture resource for build a socialism harmonious society ,by cognize the origin of"the king filch the power of God""omnipotence state". I also hope to have a good advance in this question , more focus ,more system and vivid when we do this dialogue.
