Trade Disputes Between China And Russia To Resolve The Legal Issues Research

With the constant development of frontier trade between China and Russia, juridical relationship concerning main body of frontier trade and the adjustment of trade relations is becoming increasingly complicated. Russia has constantly adopted measures of trade protection in Sino-Russian trade, especially after China joins WTO, which is responsible for the increasing number of trade disputes between two countries. How trade disputes are properly settled is new situations, is central to standardization and legal system of frontier trade between China and Russia, bilateral commerce, under WTO multilateral commercial rules and the process of global economy. The article reviews the beginning and development of frontier trade between China and Russia and analyzes the reasons and characteristics of trade disputes. By contrasting the Chinese and Russian settlement system of trade disputes, it deals with the existing problems and introduces the improvement of settlement system of trade disputes in terms of law of nations, international private law, international economic law as well as the related theories and knowledge relevant to WTO, which will be helpful to some authorities in studying, establishing and standardizing settlement system of border trade disputes and be contributive to further development of China's foreign trade.
