On The Reconstruction Of China's Foreign Investment Law System

The legislation of foreign investment law which is necessary in our adjustment of economic activities outside has been playing an important role in the process of developing our socialist market economy. However, with the gradual perfection of our socialist market economy system and the deep progress of our reform and opening, especially with the new situations after China's entry WTO, it is difficult for our present system of foreign. investment law to adapt to the new situations of market economy and new rules of international trade and investing activities. Therefore, it is a necessary and urgent task for our country to review the experience and lessons of legislation of foreign investment law and analyze the defects of our present legislation of foreign investment law. This article, aimed at some hot problems paid attention by theoretical circles and practice, starts with analysis of problems existing in the legislation of our foreign investment law. Then the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and tries to discuss the reconstruction of system of foreign investment.
