| The construction of the harmonious socialist society (hereinafter referred to CHSS) is a new strategic task put forth based on our national conditions by the new collective leadership of the Communist Party of China (hereinafter referred to CPC). With a view to maintaining and advancing the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people, the construction of the harmonious socialist society's politics (hereinafter referred to CHSSP), which is taken as the main content and political guarantee of CHSS, aims at strengthening the leadership of CPC, further maturity of socialist democracy and legal system, complete fulfillment of the strategy of administering a country according to law, true respect and safeguard of political, economic and cultural rights of the people and bringing the superiority of socialism into full play.This dissertation can be divided into four parts:Through the detailed analysis of the significance of CHSSP, Part one points out that CHSSP can lay a solid foundation for the realization of the social justice, build a friendly and sincere atmosphere among people, furnish the institutional support for motivating the sense of creativity in the society and orderly safeguard for the safe society, and create harmonious condition between human beings and nature.Part two elaborates on the issues requiring immediate solution with regard to CHSSP: summarizing the beneficial experience of political construction of CPC, probing into the issues concerning CHSSP, and analyzing their feasible causes.Part three outlines the principles concerning CHSSP: adhering to the leadership of CPC, proceeding according to actual conditions and advancing by steps and its targets------making the political process on the democratic, scientific and legal base.Part four, exploring the ways to CHSSP, emphasizes that CHSSP requires strengthening the construction of interests expressed and achieved system, maturing the legal safeguarding system of CHSS, consolidating the leadership position of CPC in CHSS, and solidifying the base of CHSSP. |
