Study Of Crime Psychological Test (polygraph)

Crime Psychometrics has been widely applied in China' s security organizations and obtained good results. However, numerous evidences has approved that justice fairness plays more important role in crime inspections. Crime psychometrics could be misused as an "accomplice" of illegal evidence collection and inquisition by torture. Due to the short history and the faultiness of legislation, the crime psychometrics in China has both theoretic and practical flaws. In order to make some contributions in the implementation of crime psychometrics, this article discussed the evidence value of crime psychometrics and further examined the faultiness of legislation in China. The article also reviewed history, theory, implications and requirement and suggested the realistic approaches for improvement.This essay can be divided into four parts. The first part reviewed history and theory of Crime Psychometrics . The second part deals with the implications and requirement of Crime Psychometrics .The third part suggested the realistic approaches for improvement. The last part discussed the evidence value of crime psychometrics.
